Kenneth Odwar
CEO & Diversity Consultant
As founder and CEO of the company, Kenneth brings experience that spans a decade in internationalization, business development, diversity and inclusion. He has helped Swedish and foreign companies with diversity issues in recruitment and training. In his work, he has also helped foreign companies to attract Swedish employees within the framework of their business establishment in Sweden. Beyond his professional work, he has been actively involved in economic development in East Africa, serving as a board member and Investment Manager for the Swedish East African Chamber of Commerce (SWEAAC) and as a board member of the JLOF Foundation, which focuses on improving the lives of children and women in Uganda through healthcare, education, and entrepreneurship.
Education: B.Sc. International Business, Linnaeus University in Kalmar, Sweden.
Previous positions: CEO of Quartal Ventures AB, COO at Tegra Nordics AB and COO at The Snack Company Sweden AB.
